So I've had my Osmo Mobile 1 stored away for a couple of years.  Prior to that, I used it without issue and put it away where it has remained (no temperature or moisture issues there).

After pulling it out, none of the three batteries aren't charging and attempting to update the firmware via DJI Assistant 2 consistently fails.  The status light flashes red/green and nothing I've done thus far has had any impact at all.

I can find nothing on Google about the status light flashing red/green, but plenty of examples of folks having endless issues with DJI products in general when it has anything to do with software.

Any help appreciated!  I've used this gimbal device for less than 4 hours total over its lifespan, so for it to become a paper weight whilst being unused is shocking.  I've had DJI drones before and the software solutions for those were also absolute rubbish.

Hi Gamora.

Thank you for the quick reply!

I already have that version of DJI Assistant 2 installed.

Regarding the batteries, they're not charging in either the OSMO Mobile 1 itself, or in the charger.

Any other ideas?
