dji pocket2    I have just bought the item and have all the connectons to connect to an android phone and tablet I kept getting an error message pase error

could I connect to setup software using a laptop if so how do I due it

I just got mine yesterday. Can't get through the app, it won't let me sign up.

What error/messages are you getting and when?

Bear in mind that the Pocket 2 has an obligatory activation that has to be done in order to use the camera at all. For that, you need a very specific phone and/or tablet that can connect to the Internet.
