I have had my Pocket 2 for 6 months now and I use it all the time with NO ISSUES. The last two times I used it it will not connect to the Mimo app and all it does is charge my phone and drain the pocket 2 battery. I am using the Iphone X and I connect it using the little iphone adapter that came with the Pocket 2. I have restarted my iphone, I deleted the Mimo app and reinstalled it but nothing works. Please help!

Is there a chance that the connector has loosened up? Do you have a phone clip compatible with the Pocket 2? If you do, is the connection more stable with that?

Also, have you tested other devices/connection methods with it? Does the same problem occur with those devices and/or connections?

I have a holder that holds the phone and the pocket 2 together so I know the connection is good. Maybe the USB adapter that came with the pocket 2 is no good? I just tried to connect it wirelessly and it connected fine but when I plug it in to the phone with the adapter for iphone it doesn't work.

FYI....I purchased another adapter for the iphone and it worked like a charm so it was a bad adapter!! Thank you for your help!
