I was able to determine the controller is the problem. I temporally borrowed a controller from a friend and linked it to the Mini 2. From the borrowed controller I as able to activate and test the Mini 2. The Mini 2 works as it should. How do I go about getting my controller replaced under warranty? Also since I do not have the original invoice and just activated it, If I were to purchase Care Refresh will it be covered without the original invoice.
Hi, DJI Care Refresh does not cover the controller and will not take place the proof of purchase of the drone. However, you can send start an online service reqest at https://repair.dji.com/repair/index and send the unit back, our local team will check and take care of it when it arrives.
