Hello DJI admin, I purchased a used DJI Mini 2 and and would like to know the activation date. Also if it is is under warranty or Care Rehresh . The serial number is 3Q4CH9E0030VYY.

Thanks for the reply. Being that it has never been activated and I need warranty service and cannot get an invoice from the original buyer. How can I go about getting warranty service? The original buyer stated he got it as a gift and never use it. When I opened it and tried to use it will not connect so I can't activate it.

Hi, Harleyrick. Could you please try to activate it according to this video below? If it still not works, please provide us a video to check the issue. As for the warranty, if you cannot provide an invoice or other valid proof of purchase, then the warranty period will start from 90 days after the shipping date that shows on the product.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TF-3CaJG52A&t=1s

I was able to determine the controller is the problem. I temporally borrowed a controller from a friend and linked it to the Mini 2. From the borrowed controller I as able to activate and test the Mini 2. The Mini 2 works as it should. How do I go about getting my controller replaced under warranty? Also since I do not have the original invoice and just activated it, If I were to purchase Care Refresh will it be covered without the original invoice.

Hi, DJI Care Refresh does not cover the controller and will not take place the proof of purchase of the drone. However, you can send start an online service reqest at https://repair.dji.com/repair/index and send the unit back, our local team will check and take care of it when it arrives. Any issues during the service, please feel free to let us know.
