I recently purchased a second-hand Mavic pro on gumtree. I want to do a factory reset and I cannot connect to the assistant software. I am logged in, the aircraft has 100% power and it will not connect. I have written to the previous owner to find out if he did a factory reset before shipping. If he didn't I am guessing I will need to log on as him, de-register then log on as myself and register.

1. Make sure that the aircraft has been turned on, the cable has been connected to the computer and the aircraft's interface, and the assistant software is the latest version. You can download from http://www.dji.com/mavic/download
2. Try to replace the cable.
3. Please reinstall the assistant software and try to connect again;
4. If possible, you can try with another PC.
