Hi, there. Please follow the steps below to troubleshoot:
1. Please note to remove the gimbal protective cover and restart the aircraft;
2. If the App isn't the latest version, please upgrade the App to the latest version;
3. Please remove the SD card from the aircraft if there is one, and perform gimbal calibration in App Settings>Control;
4. It is recommended to upgrade the firmware to the latest version.

Unfortunately, as long as there is no firmware that will perform the full calibration of the gimbal, it is not possible to fix the problem. The website probably lists the gimbal and motherboard anyway. This is what they did with my drone, even though the error appeared after the software upgrade.
