Hello my phantom 3 for some reason smashed to the ground from out of the sky and now the camera has broken off of it? Where can I get it checked out?

Contact the company that sold it to you. I had a simililar experience and after bringing it back to the dealer, they examined it, probably contacing DJI, then they replaced the drone with a new one. The new one had some different parts and is flying perfectly OK.

You will need to contact DJI Germany or as was mentioned your dealer.  The flight data log will determine what happened with your P3 and how DJI will address it.  Sorry for your crash.
