Hello,I am new here and to DJI products. Recently purchase the RSC2 pro combo but something doesnt seem right with my setup with especially with raveneye.


Connection details are provided below, and I am noticing the following issues-
1. Active track does not work. I can get the image on my android phone and can lock on to a subject. However, as soon as the object starts moving, the gimbal/ camera swiftly moves away and doesnt respond after to the actie track. I have tried to turn off everything and restart but the problem persists.

2. The received images on my phone has some lag and it is definitely not fluid. I am not getting a constant feed to my phone and I am not seeing any use out of raveneye at this moment. The phone i use is Samsung Galaxy S9.

Here are the connection details:
1. Hdmi cable from raveneye to camera
2. usb c cable from raveneye to RSC2 (connected to the slot which has the wifi symbol)
3. usb c cable from RSS slot in RSC2 to Camera
4. usb c cable from middle slot in RSC2 to focus motor

Any thoughts what could be wrong here? Really hoping I can get some use out of raveneye.
