Received my DJI Osmo yesterday, charged the batteries, inserted a 32GB card and went out fishing with it today. Took some videos but noticed that activation is needed.
This evening I downloaded the videos on my computer using the USB cable. The device was recognized by thecomputer.
Then downloaded the DJI Mimo suftware onmy phone to activate the camera. Camera was eventually activated successfully.
And this is when the problems started!!
The back screen is black/grey. I cannot access the menu. I cannot take video any more. But the front screen works. When I tap on the back screen, the front screen displays "Screen locked". No ideahow to unlock it if this is the issue.
The iPhone connects to the camera, but the computer no longer recognizes it. And why would I need to connect a camera to an iPhone? Why do I need a 200MB program on my iPhone only to activate a device I bought?
I am so frustrated that I can see this camera going where it came from in a hurry!
