My controller on my Phantom 4 Pro Plus, using the attached controller screen, only give me a Sign Up or a Sign In msg but when I try to sign in is tells me Network unavailable and never goes to the App on my controller.  Anyone know what I need to do.  I am new to this.  I do have green lignts on both my controller and drone telling me they are linked I just can not see anything on my controller except the sign up or sing in.  thanks for help.   Don

Hi, Don. Thank you for reaching out and we're sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to connect your remote controller to your home wifi and click sign in or sign up and check if this will proceed? For you to connect to the Wi-Fi you can simply swipe up and down quickly from the bottom edge of the screen and check if you have the settings. You can also go to settings > Wi-Fi connection.
