This oak is about to be cut down. Some one of the neighbours asked me to take some pictures and he will try to stop them.

Just picked up a small full spectrum IR camera and took a couple of walks to find some willows,  it they came out nice they will be in instagram at some point.   Willows here are quite rare, at least in these parts.

I think you are correct. Around here you are forbidden to take down a tree like that unless it's sick and you have the proper credentials.

It is the same here, so you have to find such a company that can state it is sick.
It looks like he went that far to get it down.
