I have the problem that I always get the error message: Network Error

I want to learn how to use Terra, so I use the demo version. We also have a purchased version, but I haven't activated it yet.

I installed version 2.3.3 first and requested a demo code with my email address. I activated the Terra and everything worked immediately.

Since I still have to test more, I completely reinstalled the computer and requested a new code with my second email address.

I have activated the new license and it is also displayed in the Terra.

When I load the photos in, I get the message when I load them in: Select a license to bind your device.

When I click on it, I get the error message: Network Error. The same also with the new version 3.0.1

Tried everything, but I can't get the software to work.
