I've received Mavic Pro with 2 batteries as a gift - from a friend living in USA, I live in Basel, Switzerland. One battery is fine, but the other one does not charge. The #1 light blinks 16 times, pauses for 6-7 seconds, and starts over. I have no receipts and no way to track when and where it was bought - but it's all brand new. Is there anyway I can change this faulty battery? Thanks for your support in advance!
