Hi,
I sent my crystalsky in to DJI for service. I got it back and the go 4 app is missing.

I missed the hours for tech support so I’m asking for help here.

I tried downloading from the crystalsky monitor and I downloaded on my computer to a card then tried installing both on the monitor.

Both failed to install. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get a new version of the Go 4 app installed so I can fly tomorrow?

Hi, infodougmac.com. Thanks for reaching out! There's a dedicated version of the DJI GO 4 for the CrystalSky. We recommend that you update your CrystalSky's firmware to v03.00.02.00 and see if it can be resolved.
