It's a node in fusion. Much more advanced than the tracker from the color view, but also more complicated. Took me quite some time to figure it out ;)
It basically determines a virtual camera in 3d space from the movement in a scene by creating a point cloud. You can then put any 3d model (or text) in that 3d scene and it will move correctly with the footage.
