Please, someone can help me?

I have an RSC-2 and a Sony A6400 and I need to control Focus with front wheel, On camera screen it shows control Focus  BUT IT DON'T MOVE, I am not able to understand how to make control Focus work
Please help me, I bought RSC2 to control focus of the A6400

I think you must use the focus motor. I have the A6400 too, but I can only use to control digital zoom, without the external motor.
