Hello,
I just bought a new DJI Air 2S drone and ofcourse i also bought a DJI Care Refresh 1 Year card for it. Both wore purchased from a local shop in Romania.
However I am unable to activate my Care Refresh , it says that the code and drone are not from the same region.
I have already opened a ticket with number 3599644. However I wanted to know if this could be urgented, next week I have a flight scheduled and I really dont want to raise the drone before I activate my DJI Care. I contacted the local shop and they asked me to contract DJI as the code should have worked for my drone.
