Hi, Recently I flew my DJI Mavic Pro into a tree and then fell onto a roof about 2m below. I managed to get to it and was relieved to find it looked undamaged.
However next time I took it out to fly I discovered that while it can start up, and gimball does the startup flip and rotation fine, and the drone can also fly- there is very limited feed from the camera- it's fuzzy and when I press the record or take photo or flip camera forward or down buttons there is no response.
I disasembled the gimball to see if I can spot any obvious faults in the ribbons but nothing stands out. I am wanting to do my own repair- just wondering what the part is that needs replacing based on that description of the malfunctioning.

Any help is greatly appreciated,

Thanks!

Hi Josh, sorry to hear about the accident. We do not recommend that customers disassemble the device by themselves for maintenance. According to your situation, we recommend that you send the drone for diagnosis and repair through http://www.dji.com/support
