I shipped a damaged DJI product to DJI for repair and UPS lost the package. Since DJI produced the shipping label, UPS said that DJI needs to submit a claim. I called DJI and they said since I don't have a drop off receipt for the package, they won't do anything, even though the UPS website clearly tells them that the package was shipped. DJI wouldn't work with me in replacing my item, they said since I don't have shipping receipt, that I have to buy a new product, even though it wasn't my fault. I won't be buying from DJI again. |
