I just purchased the Smart Controller to use with a Phantom 4 Pro v2 so that I can once again get clean HDMI for live video production. (It's a shame it was disabled in a firmware update years ago, but that's another topic.)

I see that the right wheel maps to control gimbal for horizon leveling. Nice idea, except that I don't see any on-screen guide for leveling.

My question is, can the mapping of the wheels be changed? If so, how? I don't see discussion of this in the SC user manual.

Hi, bluesgeek. Thanks for reaching out! For the Phantom 4 Pro v2.0. the Camera Settings Dial/Gimbal Dial, allows you to control the camera's roll. Unfortunately, it cannot be remapped.
