When do you think the Mini 3 or Mini 2S will be released?

I'm waiting for the Mini 3/Mini 2S, an OcuSync 3.0, because at 100 meters I lost the transmission with my Mini 2 because of some interferences, and the same sensor as on the Air 2.

And you, what do you expect from this future drone?

No one on this forum has a clue!

they will wait how the market reacts to Hubsan mini before make any announcement. If hubsan can really deliver a good drone, the mine SE,even with a good price, wont be a real competitor in the entry level. This is not a cellphone market when you can release a phone per year, someone will upgrade the phone even if not a tech fan. Drone market is getting bigger but market has its own limitations. And if hubsan have good sales, they will  announce a new drone and release it for xmas. People knwo dji, and will wait.

DJI is not going to sit back and wait to see how well a competitor’s drone is selling.  

The Mini 3 will be released when Mini 2 sales start to decline.

Dont expect OcuSync 3.0 as the Air2S still ships with the OC2 controller,  the same as the Mini2.   My Mini2 performs as well as the M2P on OC2,   so you shouldn't really have too many issues with it.

I don't know how or where this knowledge comes from, but so far there is absolutely no indication M3 is on the horizon anytime soon.
Usually there are some leaks that are linked to FCC or CE databases. Until then, it won't come soon I guess (truth is, nobody outside DJI knows)

Its asking bait much for a mini 3 at this stage as the hype will be around the M3P to get customers back from Autel

I'm not experiencing lost transmission issues with my Mini 2 whatsoever.  

As far as a Mini 3, only DJI knows when or if that will happen.

PS, the transmission on the M2 is quite good.
My MP was a tad better, but never had issues.

my drone broke down, and i need a new one within 3 months for youtube.
I opted for the Mavic Mini 2, however is it better to wait for the 3 or?

If you want to wait for the mini3 you might end up waiting close to a year

No we won't see a Mini 3 this year imho.

DJI themselves said the mini was underpowered for video and this was the reason to came with the mini 2 so quickly.

The only mini that will come next is the mini se.

agreed.  dji product launches are not tied into or related to the performance of the competitor in no way shape or form.

I believe the Mini 3 will be released sooner rather than later so DJI can up the price.  I'm guessing $499 US for an updated model that will have a better camera, O3 and master shots.
