Hi there,

I just got my Ronin M and it is a really great device, thanks DJI for creating such a project

However it does not work in certain ways, those are:

1. It enters briefcase mode weirdly. It doesnot work in Briefcase mode particularly the tilt of the camera, it will go pointing to the sky and stays like that
2. Panning on the not so working briefcase mode is not really working well. Whenever i pan, it will switch from briefcase to normal mode.

Other issues
1. Camera is all tighten up but it will go out of balance on a very small amount
2. Any tips on how to minimize footsteps while using ronin m

yes i already did

Turn the handlebar 90 degrees from the gimbal, then swing the handlebar downward until the mode automatically changes. be slowly and pay attention the method, Briefcase mode and SmoothTrack must be activated in the Assistant app.

Yes, i do it slowly and it either doesnot work or drifts
