My DJI Spark doenst want to lift anymore. I did a lof of research and I tried to do the factory reset. However, I cannot find how to do this on the remote controller. Does anyone have tips to do this? Thank you!

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out and we do apologize for the trouble. Unfortunately, we don't have an option to perform a factory reset for both unit and remote controller. Can you please confirm if you receive an error message on the DJI Go 4 app? Also, did the unit experience a hard landing before? Please keep us posted. Thank you for your support!
