What's the best/easiest way to download the video record (screen shot below) of a flight?

I would have thought there would be a "share" icon or something but I don't see how to do it.

Eventually I did an iphone screen recording but I suspect there's a better way.

Capture a screen shot or a video screen capture. Both easy to do. There's no in-app feature for this, as any phone or other type of controller has it built in.
