I am in a difficult situation with the Chinese online store 'BangGood'.
The problem is, i ordered about 2 months ago a brand new DJI air unit and i was very glad i received it, that was my review, because i was afraid it would probably be the last one air unit to find online and felt lucky!
Until i finished up building my GepRC Mark 5 HD fpv quad with top specs materials like iFlight F7 and 60A stack and T-motor F60Pro IV, and offcourse the DJI Remote Control. I already had the goggles V2 from the DJI fpv drone, which was fun to learn, but this should be 'better'.
Anyway, i started it up without props offcourse and found out there was a terrible image with a lot off distortion, but it dissapeared when the unit started getting hot. A print contact issue i thought, but to be sure i bought a new cable between the camera and air unit. That didn't solve it offcourse.
After a lot off conversations with Banggood i talked about another camera for service, but they kept pointing at DJI which a cannot contact by phone here in the Netherlands, a well known problem here.....
I am very sure that it is only the camera and not the air unit, because when i completely take the camera apart with the 'TWO' flatcables even looking underneath the blue cooling paste and rebuild it again, it works for a few hours and then it starts over again.
I even ordered a new ready build up iFlight Titan XL5 HD with the DJI air unit to get hands on a camera and swapt it and guess what, the image is direct perfect! The drone itself sucks, it is way too heavy. There is also a new 'DJI'>CaddX air unit on its way, i expect it in a week or 2 from China.
So as you read, money is not the issue, i just want to get my rights to get a new for FREE camera.
Is there a way to get in contact with DJI to get only a new camera???? Or should i stay in contact with Banggood?
Please HELP!
