I've seen videos showing a phantom1's naza used on a hex. I've also seen images of some phantom 2 naza with 6 motor control ports. This leads me to believe that the phantom 2 naza can operate hexacopters. Does anyone have any knowledge on this subject? I would love to adapt my p2v+(v3) to a hex. Particularly if that means I can keep the camera, gimble, telementry and transmitter in use.

If you find a way to flash your Naza with the normal Naza v2 firmware you should be able to do that. But from Factory the Naza in P2 is loaded with different firmware specially for just Phantom.

In the Vision is not a NAZA , read the Label. It the same case as a NAZA but a Phantom FC with other functions and firmware as a NAZA.
