I'm trying to extract the flight records from my Phantom 4 advanced... These are the txt files that I've read about and I think I need to connect

my remote controller to my PC.  This is the original controller that came with my drone, not one of those new smart controllers.
I tried attaching a USB cable to my pc and the other end to the micro-usb port on the controller.  My PC does not recognize the USB port being
connected.   


Am I doing something wrong?  I order a USB cable that has a regular USB male connect on both ends, think I can hook the USB to the normal USB port on
controller that I connect to my IPAD when flying.  Sorry, I'm a little confused.   Maybe the TXT files are somewhere else?
