Hello, I am running Go 4 on an Android tablet. When I'm done flying I can't shut down the App. I move my fingere on the screen and it says something like swipe up or down to exit software. This does not work. Is there any other way to shut it down? When it doesn't shut down correctly a couple of times, the App will then not start and I have to uninstall and reinstall.

May we know what is the model of the mobile device you are using please and can you please try using a different recommended mobile device for the DJI Go 4 application for us to be able to isolate the said issue? Thank you for responding, It is a ONN. But I do not think the tablet is the issue. It did the same thing on my Motorola G6 smart phone.

Upon checking the mobile devices ( ONN & Motorola G6 ) on the recommended mobile device list for the DJI Go 4 application. I am sorry to say that these mobile devices are not yet recommended for the said application. There is a possibility that the ONN & Motorola G6 will be able to work on the DJI Go 4 application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Go 4 application while in use.
