Will have a next firmware update?
Others dji products have continous firmware updates.
Op2 have many issues that need improves but the last update was in January.... We just want a bit of support,please.

Be more specific. What updates/improvements are you looking for?

a few example?
-fix the flickering issue
-upgrade the image quality, at least up to Osmo Pocket level
-fix the jpg quality
-fix the normal color profile
-fix the slow AE
-fix the Active Track

Just to say the most important ones...

Improve tracking in 4k
Better hdr (like osmo action)
Improve extension rod for op2. Lock button in rod.

Here are already a lot of things to fix / upgrade if you just read forums. I have a bad feeling they fix these problems releasing Pocket 3 when autumn comes..

I would love to see an update where we could use the control wheel accessory to adjust the exposure and iso (using the toggle to switch between the 2)!

That’s OK with me - ONLY if you can just exchange your Pocket 2 with a new Pocket 3 - that actually works - without ANY costs!

If not, I’m a former DJI customer ;-)

Of course, they “just” need to fix the current mess called “Pocket 2” with a substantial firmware update to solve the problem.

And you forget the most important issue,  and the most easily implementable option: Above all, an option for bitrate selector menu, because this 80Mbit average is a starvation of picture quality in 4K. An option for 80Mbit 100Mbit and 120MBit bitrate for 4K modes. If somebody has slower sdcard, he can use the traditional existing low bitrate, but if somebody want a normal picture quality he can choose 100 or 120Mbit in 4K modes.

And don't forget the 192kb/s audio bitrate.
Take any old phone and check it, you have higher bitrate, my old Galaxy S7 has 256kb/s.
On the gopro you can change the bitrate, and get also RAW audio stream.

I'm not talking about the quality, but the amount of data. Compressed datas are unusable for creators. You get a lot of glitches when you push the editing

Problem may be, that DJI did not listen to Creators, but accountants , before finalizing the design, i suspect ;-)

The mess called Pocket 2 will require a solution, and soon. DJI keeping mum is not the modern, Chinese way, alas… they do seem bent on “loosing face” ;-)

If people starts to releases videos showing P2 problems, and how DJI does not fix them, and don't even talk about it.... Perhaps when sales start to drop due to bad publicity, DJI will start to pay more attention to their customers' complaints.
