I have updated the Matrice 300 RTK firmware and Pilot app, moreover I did the same with the Zenmuse XT2.
Here you can find the present setup:

I have flown our M300 in RTK mode with a Zenmuse XT2 and I realized that, even if RTK coordinates are associated with each image, when I try to post-process them in Pix4Dmapper they are seen as with horizontal accuracy of +/-5m and vertical accuracy of +/-10m.
Is the horizontal and vertical coordinate accuracy estimate stored into the images itself or is it assigned in some way by the software ?
