Hello everyone,

I´m trying to mount a Zenmuse XT2 on DJI Matrice 300 RTK but I don´t know which app I have to use to configurate XT2 parameters like emissibity, background temperature, humidity, etc.


Is it possible to set on DJI Pilot? or I must to download DJI XT app on the Smartcontroller?

Hi Jmartin, yes, you can use DJI Pilot app to set the parameters.

I have to setup a Custom camera for the Zenmuse XT2 Visual (i.e. RGB) into DJI Pilot (controlling a M300RTK).

Could you please post the following parameters for the XT2 RGB:

- photo size (width, height - px)
- focal length (mm)
- sensor size (mm)
- pixel pitch (micrometer)

I have flown setting previously the emmisivity and ambient temperature on DJI PILOT app but after that, when I have opened the RJPG on Flir Tools these values have changed again to default Flir tool values.

Do you have any idea about this issue?

I have updated the Matrice 300 RTK firmware and Pilot app, moreover I did the same with the Zenmuse XT2.  

Here you can find the present setup:

Precise Fly Safe Database (Fly): 01.00.01.19

I have flown our M300 in RTK mode with a Zenmuse XT2 and I realized that, even if RTK coordinates are associated with each image, when I try to post-process them in Pix4Dmapper they are seen as with horizontal accuracy of +/-5m and vertical accuracy of +/-10m.
Is the horizontal and vertical coordinate accuracy estimate stored into the images itself or is it assigned in some way by the software ?
