DJI released the digital zoom for the air 2 like 10 months ago and I used it multiple times but a few updates ago the zoom feature completely disappeared any ideas on how I could get it back

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. Can you please confirm if you are in Video mode? Please note that the zoom will only work in the Video mode. Also, please make sure that you are in 4k resolution or lower to attain this feature. In addition, The DJI Air 2S doesn't support zooming in or out when shooting D-Log or HLG Mode. Hope this helps.
