I remember this guy.  I had seen the video of him being asaulted by that women he eledgedly filmed on that public beach. I felt for him since he didn't break any law while filming in a public domain, and the women was charged with 240 and 242 PC.

Wow... I hope this doesn't lead to to more fallout.
