i have used kitty hawk now ??? to get permission to fly in a restricted air space during specific times.  When I get my drone out and sync it to the controller, I immediately get a "restricted area" message and cannot even get it to start the motors.  When I asked kitty hawk they threw it back to dji.  HELP!  

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. We highly recommend using our own DJI Go 4 application for us to determine the exact spot of the restricted area on your location. If you are using a 3rd party software, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that we can unlock the location also we cannot guarantee the stability of the unit using the said software. You also have to unlock the zone in th DJI app,  you can check if DJI is restricting that zone on the map - https://www.dji.com/uk/flysafe/geo-map
