Hello, I just bought the DJI OM 4 yesterday after unboxing the divice and setting it up in the app i connect my iphone 11 pro max and truned on OM 4. In every video I watched the divice auto moves the phone around and holds it in place. However with my device the OM 4  just randomly spins left and right and rotates the phone as well. If i click the calibration setting it doesnt even open to the next step in just goes back to camera i have tried resting everything. If anyone has any solution please let me know.

I'm so sorry you're going through this.
I'd say it needs a firmware update, but it really looks like there's something defective going on.
You should reach out directly to DJI for a replacement, because this forum is very hit and miss.

Please contact your local distributor or DJI Support. This shouldn't be a balancing problem. DJI will resolve this.

I'm having the same exact issue. I bought it before an extended trip to Europe and it's basically useless. Spent several hours watching videos, looking at forums, uninstalling/reinstalling the app, calibrating.
Will be sending this defect back and never buying another one.
