Hola, buenas tardes. Tengo un drone dji Mavic Air 2. A la hora de conectarlo a mi movil va todo bien, pero cuando comienzo a grabar(solo en algunas ocasiones) la app se crashea, es decir, se traba. Luego el celular dice que la app se ha detenido y la tengo que volver a abrir. Tengo un celular Moto G9 power. La app la descargue desde la pagina oficial.

Upon checking the said mobile device ( Moto G9 ) that your are trying to use on your DJI Mavic Air 2 and with the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the said mobile device is not recommended for the said drone and with the said application. DJI would suggest using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Mavic Air 2 and with the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Moto G9 will be able to work on the DJI Mavic Air 2 and with the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said drone and with the said application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while using it on the DJI Mavic Air 2. Sucede solo con mi celular. Existe alguna forma de que no suceda? Es solo ese problema, la primera vez que empiezo a grabar se traba, luego de reinciar la app, no se vuelve a crashear, es solo 1 vez. Saben si existe algun tipo de solucion???
