Filled out info in link with Mavic 2 serial number and attached 2 images showing swollen cracked batteries. DJI Lisa responded below. Please help me reach a person at DJI that can actually help? The images were attached to bottom of response from DJI Lisa.

Regarding your battery issue, kindly provide following information for checking first:

-- Please record a video showing the damaged battery. The video should include the battery's serial number, and the battery’s swollen condition. Place the battery on a horizontal surface with the battery marker side facing downwards, and then press down on the four corners of the battery to see if it wobbles. If yes, then the battery is swollen. We need this video to confirm the next steps in regards to this case.
May i also know what cuase the crack of the batteries |
