If you're a recreational flyer in the USA, you're gonna want to click on this link, take this very quick course and simple test, and then download/print the pdf certificate that follows.  Takes about 20-25 minutes.  Apparently this is a required certificate to fly as a hobbyist in the USA, effective immediately.
