Hi there HerjovTriest. Thank you for the reply and for this inquiry. After checking the mobile device ( Oneplus 8 Pro ) that you want to use on the DJI Fly application. I am sorry to say that the mobile device is not yet recommended for the DJI application. DJI suggests using a recommended mobile device for the DJI Fly application for compatibility and reliability purposes. There is a possibility that the Oneplus 8 Pro will be able to work on the DJI Fly application. But however, since it's not yet optimized with the said DJI application we cannot guaranteed if it will work all the time and if it will be able to run all the functions of the DJI Fly application while using it. For reference I will post a link where in you can check the recommended mobile devices for the DJI Fly application ( https://www.dji.com/downloads/djiapp/dji-fly ). In addition, kindly please rest assure that our DJI R&D Team are continuously testing multiple mobile devices to be added on the list of recommended mobile device for the DJI Fly application in the future. Thank you.
@DJI Stephen, we have the same issue like many other users, remote control does not connect to the cell phone, therefore there is no connection with the drone.
USB Debugging is enabled in the mobile phone system, and we tried every step as mentioned earlier but with out success. We also try with USB Debugging disabled, but still can't connect to RC !
Are there any solution for fixing connectivity of DJI remote controller RC-N3 RC-151 with One pluse 8 mobile phone ?!
Remote was bought on 15.12.2024, with Neo drone, and ONE Plus 8 PRO is :
Build number : IN2023_13 1.0.590(EX01)
Baseband version : Q_V1_P14,Q_V1_P14
Kernel version : 4.19.157-perf+
Android version : 13
Android security update : 5. June 2024
DJI FLY application is up-to-date (v1.15.8.(1075-official)
