The drone I use is a brand new Matrice 200 V2. I am using an iPhone 7 plus (iOS 14.2) as the mobile device and the DJI Pilot app (v1.1.5). After the mobile device is connected to the remote controller, it shows "Aircraft Disconnected". After I tap on the "Aircraft Disconnected" message on the screen, it says "Please activate the aircraft". It looks like although the drone is connected to the remote controller, it is not connecting to my mobile device, so the aircraft cannot be activated without connecting to the drone. I don't see the aircraft activation screen when I plug in the mobile device. Please help. Thank you!
