Hi I was using Phone Redmi note 7 pro for flying my mini 2 till few days back.....now its giving error of RC not connected to mobile and when i tried downloading DJI Fly app on another phone Redmi Note 8 pro its just now showing DJI Fly in Playstore........what is the problem and what could be solution.... in case phone compatibility is changed then how was it working previously please help...

Thanks .....but in case this was the issue then how it was working fine for almost half a year...........and how come the compatibility is changed suddenly...

If you are using a not-compatible device, there is a possibility that it will work for a while but we cannot guarantee the stability of the said mobile device for the long run.
