If the drone drift upwards ... you press the left stick down ... If it drift downwards you push the left stick up ...
Other then that ... NO ... there is not a way other then asking DJI to fix this in one of the future firmwares!
Edit ...
Dissregard my comment above ... I obviously know nothing !

Is the height adjustment due to the VPS?  I know the Inspire 1 uses both barometer and VPS, I think the barometer reads absolute altitude and not AGL so any difference in altitude due to the ground changing shouldn't result in height variations.  If this is correct then, try to disable VPS (this can be done in the DJI Pilot App) and see if your AC flies straight and level over the ground.

Why DJI make all the time so much difference between android and IOS, there is always something different... I hate that !

I think you can disable VPS on Phantom 3 only not on the inspire.

This is really strage, here is the screen shot of the IOS app I have 1.2. I have this view with the iPhone but not the iPad. Not sure why there is a difference

If I disconnect the iPad from the RC it shows me the same view that you have. I upgraded the RC not sure why I am seeing this difference.

Hi all,

You can only see VPS and Arms LED light Toggle buttons when you TURN OFF the craft (Inspire1). See picture on post #18 from Rich above.
These options are already put in place on app version 1.2.0 (IOS). Not Android.

You can NOT deactivate VPS on the Inspire1 at the moment. (you can on the P3)
Imo, these functions will be activated in the next FW or app.

Not recommended, but unless you know what you are doing, tape the 2 sensors and make it blind.
If you do so, keep following things into consideration.
  1) Landing gear will NOT lower automatically when approaching the ground (+/-80cm)
  2) When the Inspire1 is on the ground, landing gear will raise when you flick the landing gear button up on the remote,
with a risk to damage or scratch the Camera/Gimble.

PS:
When VPS is disabled, then barometer readings should make the final decision to lower/raise the landing gear when you flick the button.
