Tried all the suggested remedies to link aircraft to control box. Finally switched cables to my ipad. Was able to connect finally, got in mid flight and i continue to lose signal. Returns home then i can't connect again. Not liking this at all. I may have to return since i bought on amazon i have 30 days no questions.
Any suggestions appreciated.

Can you please try to check if both of the DJI Mavic Mini and the DJI Mavic Mini's remote controller are both on the latest firmware and may we also know what is the exact model of the mobile device that you are using please for to see if the said issue will still persist and please try to follow this official DJI tutorial video in linking your DJI Mavic Mini. Thank you.

Return it,   it should work fine out of the box.
