just got the mini 2 finally and took it for a spin upgraded from mini 1 occusync is amazing btw!! however the battery temp is not.. first flight and it got upto 142F... outside temp was 29C (84freedom temp) w/ 65% humidity, is this normal??

Looks like it climbed sharply after minute 9. What was the difference? Was the drone in flight?

put it in sport mode around 5 minutes, then around 8 minutes hit return to home it was flying directly back into the wind of around 14 mph,   was also pushing forward 100% throttle while in RTH..  it was working hard..was getting strong wind warnings it was flying back between 23-27 mph  but that temp seems rather high?? especially when dji says to keep it under 104F... last summer my mini 1 batt got up to 120F on some very hot days.

Checked my logs for my last few flights and I see temps over 35c so I t think youre ok.

It's normal for the battery temp to go up when it's delivering lots of amps.
And more so in warm air as there is less cooling.

Hello there comrant. Thank you for reaching out and for these information that you have given. Are you receiving any error messages on the DJI Fly application and can you please try flying your DJI Mini 2 on a different environment on different time and temperature to see if the issue will still persist? Thank you.  

Hi, during fly i checkout the battery temperature it reach up to 51c & still flying without warning massage ‼️ is it ok ❓can i keep flying untill getting warning massage even under this high temperature ❓
Please advice me... Thanks
