Anybody, else having trouble contacting DJI Customer support @ 818-235-0789? I get disconnected every time after choose option 1 (technical support repair for Inspire 1)

I know it's a bad joke.  I'm trying to check on an expedited warranty repair and can't get thru other than the message of "experiencing high call volume, call back another time then they hang-up on you".  KILLING ME!!!!!!!!!

Yes.  Same here.  My I1 has been there over a week after a fly away and I have yet to hear word from them.  Shame on me for buying this product even  after reading all the negative feedback on their customer service.
