Using my DJI Mavic 2 Pro with a Crystal sky monitor, and DJI Go 4 app.  For whatever reason, I cannot select any other map mode other than standard.  When I click on either Hybrid or Satellite mode.  Any ideas as to why this is happening and a fix?  Thanks in advance for your help.

I really can't answer your question...but it sounds to me like you do not have a good internet connection for the app to get the images.
