Help!
My phantom 2 v2.0 controller will not connect to the v3.8 assistant software, i have tried on both of my computers and when i connect my remote to the usb slot it does not make a sound or show that it is connected but my controller does start to charge...

The Transmitter connects to the RC assistant, not the PT2 assistant as that's for the Phantom.

The assistant software connects to the Phantom not the RC. Be sure you loaded the Windows driver.

hmmm, i connected my phantom to the computer and i clicked the phantom button and it wants me to connect the controller... i don't understand!

please explain in the easiest format possible because i am fairly new to this sort of stuff.
