Hello

So I want to upgrade my visual experience to my 12.9" iPad Pro.. I have installed the app on the iPad and all of the data that’s on my phone (Which was used first to activate and fly) is mirrored onto my iPad and all matches up with my account and serial number...but I just get the scenic background and no image of my drone nor option to fly....WHY???

I have a usb-c to usb-c connector..the iPad pings so I know it’s read it.. but it says ‘not charging’ any help would be appreciated. DJI have said it’s compatible to work with the DJI AIR S2.....
