I can't get the Phantom 4 Pro to focus at all, I've tried auto and manual focus with focus assist turned on and off. Any suggestions?

Hi there. We're sorry for the trouble. Can you please try to reset the camera settings and try to shoot in Auto mode to see if there would some changes? Also, you may download the DJI Assistant 2 software on your computer, and please try to update/refresh the firmware of your aircraft and check if the issue persists. You may refer to the link below. Also have this issue on my P4, focus is OK in video mode but I have NO FOCUS control in still image mode, I have hard reset the unit and reset the camera several times and it does not fix the issue, I usually use an Ipad Air original but also been using my Iphone 11 pro and the same issues, seems to be only since updates have been made to the firmware....

I do not have any MF or AF focus choices on the DJI Go4 app on either of my devices.


DJI's hollow Apologies just don't cut it any more, it's time to get things sorted if you want to keep customers coming back.
